All crystals are raw unless otherwise stated, they are natural meaning they have imperfections. This will not affect the crystals properties at all.
It is for this reason change of mind or exchange and refunds WILL NOT be entertained.
All Ollie & Dawns crystals are photographed with a detailed description provided under each crystal; therefore imperfections do not come as a shock and rather are expected.
We do not sell heavily damaged crystals on our website. Having said that, if I happen to have stock arrive to me which is damaged in any such way it will be sold in our discount sales and again a detailed photo and description is provided.
When you purchase from Ollie & Dawn, I make it my mission to ensure your crystals arrive to you safely and intact. I do understand that couriers can often be rough with packages and in this case, I would be happy to discuss through email with evidence by yourself provided, a potential refund.
